Become a 2009 Annual HIMSS Conference Speaker:

Upon acceptance of your proposal:
Annual HIMSS Conference (lecture or roundtable) speakers/facilitators receive:
A full conference fee waiver and 10 HIMSS advancement points. All speakers MUST be
included in the original proposal submission. Additional or replacement speakers are
not permitted once the proposal is accepted.
E-Session session primary presenters receive:
Complimentary registration for the primary presenter and 5 HIMSS advancement points.
(Attendance at HIMSS Conference not required).
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- If original accepted proposal speaker cancels, that proposal will be disqualified.
- For the 2008 Annual Conference, over 600 proposals were submitted and approximately 120 were selected
- Additional speakers not included in the originally submitted proposals are not
permitted to be added at a later date. Replacement speakers are not permitted.
